Delivery of the Piece
Once the project is complete, I will ask for your approval on the project before submitting a final invoice. If the work is satisfactory, you can take home your furniture piece or I can ship it to you. I have custom built items for customers in other states, working with them entirely through phone conversations and exchanging design ideas through emails and snail mail. I will take detailed photographs to email to you before shipping the final product. I carefully wrap the piece for shipping and purchase insurance to cover any possible damages incurred during the shipping process. Local customers can pick up the piece, or I can deliver it for a price.
